(Los Angeles, Ca) Back for its fourth year of three sublime days and nights of Bass in Paradise, the Bamboo Bass Festival announces a new location for 2019, The Park at Ocean Ranch. The festival has made major gains in credibility as a desired international destination festival. As a result, the new location includes more space to host the growing numbers of festival–goers, on-site campgrounds, fresh and local food options, and live-art installations and performances while offering a vast array of once-in-a-lifetime adventure and discovery opportunities on site. At over 850 acres, this paradise is located beside the town of Jaco in a private river valley on the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. The park offers eco adventure experiences consisting of ATV adventure tours, canopy zip lines, waterfall rappelling in the heart of the jungle, horseback riding through 3+kms of pristine rainforest, and a magic waterfall swim spot. The surrounding area has access to some of the most pristine beaches and surf spots in the world.

The increasing international prestige of the festival has attracted world famous talent such as AC Slater and Night Bass, Truth, Mr. Carmack, Stooki Sound, Stylust, Angelz, Zeke Beats, Bijou and more. Additionally, the festival has become the premiere music festival to showcase the incredible talents of Costa Rica’s producers and DJ’s including a sound clash of local dancehall and hip hop artists led by Costa Rican legends Jahrico & Crypy. Four rounds of curated takeovers on the spectacular, newly designed, eye-popping stages keeps the party pumping all night long, all weekend long. A very special performance by both members of Truth will headline the Deep, Dark, and Dangerous takeover with a two hour set, AC Slater, Flava D, and Bijou are set to ignite the Night Bass takeover, Costa Rica’s own Matcho, and Meli Rodiriguez will lead the Puchero Records Showcase, and Stylust, Zeke Beats, and Pigeon Hole will pulverize the stage with their Sleeveless Records Sunday Takeover.
All of this sound, of course, will be powered by the world famous Funktion-One and PK Sound systems.
