John Söderlund aka Ecliptics moves the soul with his mind-bending debut ‘Arrival’ EP which has been released by the NYC label H<3art Beats.
The six-track album can be described as melodic experimental bass with nods to glitch-hop. Ecliptics is a master musician combining live instruments and electronic music together to create a satisfying symphony of sound. The guitar on track two ‘Reality Slip’ is the perfect juxtaposition to the background electronic sound design elements. And the vocals on ‘Down to Earth’ showcase Charmae on track which gives the song depth and range utilizing the ethereal tones in her voice.
Born and raised in Long Island, John gets his musical inspiration from the city’s rich nightlife and ever-evolving electronic music underground. We will be following this artist’s next move closely!
