The last time Ganja White Night were in NYC they brought the house down at both Bowery Electric and Slake on the same night. An evening I’ll never forget and the reason I’m writing this blog so you don’t miss your chance to party with the fam under Funktion One’s at Output in Brooklyn this Thursday night September 7th! Funktion One’s are the best speakers of all time and I had never heard dubstep on them before Good Look shows starting being at Output on the regular. It’s literally music to my ears and I feel very strongly that Funktion One’s bring out the best of dubstep and other bass music.
The DJ duo comes from Belgium and is famed for dubstep bass music that hits way down low and having a global bass sound. Ganja White Night will be joined by Dirt Monkey who is also dabbles in the global sound with drum and bass, trap and dubstep vibes. Local bass legend Leatus will be in the spotlight with his signature dubstep and riddim sound that has kept former Webster Hall’s BASSment the craziest night of the week for in 2016 and 2017. I’m very excited to see Basshead Squad in the house!
