The sky is blue, the grass is green, and Northern Nights is freaking awesome.
Northern Nights Music Festival returns to Cook’s Valley Campground at the Humboldt/Mendocino border this July for its fourth outing on the Eel River, and we’ve got a pretty good feeling this is going to be the best one yet. The fine folks at Northern Nights recently revealed their full lineup for this year’s festival, and it honestly has us uncomfortably excited.
Imagine camping under towering redwoods. Imagine floating down the Eel River while house, bass, and hip-hop artists perform at the River Stage. Imagine incredible headlining acts such as Gorgon City, Claptone, and GRiZ performing in the most intimate setting you’ll ever get to see them at. Year after year, Northern Nights truly blows us away by booking one of the most unique and exciting lineups around. This is honestly the best place to see these headlining acts. Music is an important part of this festival, and it shows. If you’re into this lineup at all, GO TO NORTHERN NIGHTS!
Northern Nights is the epitome of everything a NorCal music festival should be. It’s small, intimate, energetic, green, beautiful, and loud. It sets itself apart with a gorgeous venue, an incredible camping experience, a river to swim in, and an extraordinary music lineup.
Come join us on the river. It will be the highlight of your summer.
Until then, check out our recap of beautiful Northern Nights 2015.
